This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who use the services of ARTIO OÜ (reg. no. 16157190), headquartered in Tallinn and with a business address at FR Fahlmänni 5, Tallinn 10125 (hereinafter: “ARTIO”). We hereby inform you about the nature, scope, and purpose of our company’s collection and use of your personal data. We respect your privacy and are committed to strictly complying with the legal requirements for the processing of your personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), DSG 2000, DSG 2018, and TKG 2003). All of your personal data is processed on this basis.

2. Information pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR
Your personal data, which includes, in particular,
- Your personal information (last name, first name, address, email address, phone number),
- the information contained in travel documents (passport number, passport details, date of birth, issuing authority, validity period),
- Data in hunting law documents;
- data regarding payment methods and related to payments, in particular those made with EC cards, credit cards, and bank cards,
- destinations, hotels, length of stay, contact persons, terms and conditions, special services, health information, frequent flyer number, and
- specific categories of data, such as health data, data regarding special needs, and data related to marriage or partnership,
are required for our services.
This includes, in particular, bookings for travel, hunting guides, tour guides, hotels, dining, rental vehicles, transfers, registration processing, insurance, events, tours, accreditations, and vouchers—including customer account setup, billing, and verification (B2B, B2C, FIT)—as well as ticket bookings, hotel reservations, etc.
We therefore store and process this data for these purposes and, where necessary, transfer it to third parties—including service providers in third countries acting as data processors for travel bookings, software, and agency services, as well as, in particular, hunting tour operators.
The legal bases for these data processing activities are
- to fulfill our pre-contractual and contractual obligations to you,
- consent obtained from you; statutory, contractual, or other legal obligations on our part (e.g., documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax, and customs law; contract management; reporting requirements; and legal disputes); as well as Section 96 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and
- our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our customer service, including in the area of direct marketing, or protecting our own legal interests).
The duration of data retention is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents you have provided, and the statutory retention requirements and legal obligations applicable to us. We would like to emphasize that, in the case of an ongoing business relationship, we strive to provide the best possible customer service by familiarizing ourselves with the customer requests you have already submitted to us, so that we can ensure your continued and lasting satisfaction.
3. Our Websites
By visiting our website http://www.artio.style , your access data is automatically collected and stored. This access data may include, in particular, the page accessed, the files viewed, the date and time of access, the user’s IP address, information about the accessing computer—specifically the browser and operating system—as well as the amount of data transferred and a confirmation of successful access. We use this access data for internal statistical purposes, to ensure the security of our website, and to optimize the website. If an illegal act is suspected, the access data will be analyzed to preserve evidence.

You are free to subscribe to our newsletter. The subscription process—which requires you to provide your email address and give your consent to receive the newsletter—will not take effect until you confirm the subscription link you receive via email.
